У статті узагальнено сучасні теоретичні підходи та моделі інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку у діяльність малих та середніх підприємств. Обґрунтовано, що зростання екологічних, соціальних та економічних викликів зумовлює перехід від фрагментарного впровадження корпоративної соціальної відповідальності до системної інтеграції принципів сталості у стратегічне й операційне управління МСП. Систематизовано ключові підходи до інтеграції сталого розвитку, зокрема інституційний, стейкхолдер-орієнтований, стратегічний та цифрово-інтеграційний. Визначено основні моделі інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку: ESG-орієнтовану модель, модель сталих бізнес-моделей, концепцію створення спільної цінності, циркулярну та цифрово-інтеграційну модель. Запропоновано концептуальну модель інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку у діяльність МСП в умовах цифровізації економіки, що відображає взаємодію інституційних умов, стратегічного управління, операційних процесів і ресурсного забезпечення, де цифрові технології виступають системоутворюючим фактором формування сталого цифрового підприємництва.
