ЕКОНОМІКА СУСПІЛЬНОГО ДОБРОБУТУ: СИСТЕМНЕ МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ СТРАТЕГІЧНОЇ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ АДАПТАЦІЇ ПОВЕДІНКИ ДЛЯ СТРУКТУРНОЇ СТІЙКОСТІ СУСПІЛЬСТВА

У статті запропоновано поведінкову модель стратегічної адаптації соціальної стійкості, яка поєднує під-ходи економіки добробуту з динамікою соціальних преференцій. На основі модифікованої системи рівнянь Лотки-Вольтерра змодельовано взаємодію трьох типів соціальних агентів: альтруїстів, егоїстів та умовних кооператорів. Останні виконують роль адаптивного прошарку, що реагує на соціальний дисбаланс і виконує функцію пом’якшення радикалізації системи. У моделі враховано динаміку виснаження кооператорів, механі-зми зовнішнього тиску, інституційну підтримку та ефекти повторних шоків. Результати чисельного моделю-вання показують, що в умовах нейтрального середовища соціальні норми демонструють циклічну динаміку. Водночас зовнішні шоки спричиняють зсув у бік егоїстичних стратегій, а постійний тиск руйнує кооператив-ну рівновагу. Інституційна підтримка (зокрема через освіту, моральні наративи та соціальну інфраструкту-ру) є вирішальною для збереження структурного балансу суспільства. Модель дозволяє виявити критичні пороги стабільності суспільно-економічної системи, які демонструють нелінійну реакцію суспільства на змі-ну сили тиску та інституційної підтримки. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у введенні до моделі тре-тього типу агентів - кооператорів, а також у моделюванні механізмів радикалізації та зворотного переходу до нейтральності. Визначено умови, за яких кооперативна поведінка може бути стійкою навіть за умов тиску й повторних криз. Практична цінність роботи полягає у формалізації механізмів, що можуть бути викорис-тані для проектування адаптивних соціально-економічних політик, спрямованих на збереження громадянської згуртованості й запобігання дезінтеграції суспільства.
