ВИМІРЮВАННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО УПОВНОВАЖЕННЯ ЖІНОК У КРАЇНАХ ЄС: РОЗРОБКА КОМПЛЕКСНОГО ІНДЕКСУ

У статті досліджено міжнародні рейтинги гендерної рівності та їх складові. Представлено методологію розробки індексу економічного уповноваження жінок на основі ключових форм: участі в ринку праці, фінансо-вої автономії, соціальної підтримки, доступу до освіти, підприємництва. Запропоновано формули для розра-хунку індексу та його складових, обґрунтовано вагові коефіцієнти та статистичні показники для обчислень. Представлено результати розрахунку комплексного індексу економічного уповноваження жінок та його су-біндексів у країнах Європейського Союзу, що дозволило ідентифікувати лідерів, послідовників та аутсайдерів у цій сфері та надати основу для рекомендацій щодо політик економічного уповноваження жінок. Окреслено чинники, що формують відмінності між країнами, та визначено сфери, у яких політика підтримки економіч-ного уповноваження потребує посилення.
