У статті розкрито архітектоніку регіональної політики та політики згуртованості Європейського Союзу як ключового механізму для забезпечення сталого розвитку та територіальної конвергенції України в процесі повоєнної відбудови. Проаналізовано еволюцію принципів згуртованості, територіальну класифікацію NUTS та систему спільного управління, яка передбачає розподіл відповідальності між Єврокомісією та національними органами. Обґрунтовано стратегічну роль механізму Ukraine Facility та плану України як інструментів синхронізації національних реформ із вимогами Глави 22 Acquis Communautaire. Виокремлено критичне значення інституційної спроможності та якості врядування для ефективної абсорбції фондів, а також роль соціальної згуртованості у відновленні людського капіталу в пост-конфліктний період. Сформульовано рекомендації щодо модернізації державної регіональної політики України на засадах прозорості та багаторівневого партнерства для максимізації майбутньої фінансової підтримки з боку ЄС.
