ГЛОБАЛЬНІ МЕХАНІЗМИ ЗЕЛЕНОЇ КАПІТАЛІЗАЦІЇ БУДІВЕЛЬНОГО СЕКТОРУ ТА НАПРЯМИ ЇХ АДАПТАЦІЇ В УКРАЇНІ

У статті системно розглянуті фінансові інструменти, що забезпечують екологічну трансформацію будівельного сектору, та їхню взаємодію в єдиній архітектурі стимулів. Описано економічну логіку попиту у трьох групах позичальників: домогосподарства (зниження експлуатаційних витрат, комфорт), девелопери та оператори нерухомості (доступ до дешевшого капіталу, підвищення заповнюваності та вартості активів), публічний сектор (реновація житла й інфраструктури, досягнення кліматичних цілей). Зроблено висновок про синергію інструментів: гранти знижують ризики, кредити та іпотеки забезпечують масштаб, облігації – довгу ліквідність, страхування – стабільність, що в сукупності формує стійкий фінансовий контур для досягнення кліматичної нейтральності будівельного сектору. Запропоновано рамку політики впровадження цих інструментів у вітчизняних умовах.
