БАЖАНІ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНІ КАНАЛИ КОМУНІКАЦІЙ МІЖ МЕШКАНЦЯМИ І МІСЦЕВОЮ ВЛАДОЮ ПІД ЧАС ВІЙНИ

Дослідження аналізує особливості комунікації між мешканцями та органами місцевого самоврядування в тилових і прифронтових громадах України. Встановлено, що рівень задоволення комунікаційними практиками не залежить від розташування громади, ключовим чинником є здатність влади підтримувати ефективний діалог. У прифронтових умовах зберігається високий попит на особисті зустрічі, тоді як використання цифрових каналів характеризується нерівністю: офіційні сайти та месенджери ефективніші на фронті, соціальні мережі — у тилу. Традиційні формати залишаються актуальними за обмеженого цифрового доступу. Оптимізація інформаційної взаємодії потребує стійких багатоканальних стратегій, розвитку цифрової грамотності та балансу між прозорістю і безпекою. Дослідження базується на результатах опитування у восьми територіальних громадах України.
